Laurel Estates is located on Highway 27 in Davenport just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort Entrance.
Guests staying here will have convenient access to all the area attractions including, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Highway 192 and International Drive.
There is an Applebee’s Bar and Grill and a Cracker Barrel nearby and you are only mins to Champions Gate Village which has a Publix Supermarket and other shops bars and restaurants including a Miller’s Ale House, Red Robin and Chili's and more.
There are another 2 Publix Supermarkets on Highway 27 within a 5-minute drive and a Super Target at the nearby Posner Park with its range of stores that includes JC Penney, Dicks Sporting Goods, Best Buy and a 10 screen I Max Cinema complex.
Champions Gate and Reunion Resorts which are just minutes from Laurel Estates also have a collection of fine dining establishments such Zen, Trevi’s, Forte and Eleven which is a roof top restaurant situated on the 11th floor of the Reunion Grande.
These 2 resorts also have 6 golf courses between them including designs by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Greg Norman plus the highly acclaimed David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

House does not have a private pool... but does have a community pool and playground.
